    1. How do I track my order? An email will be sent confirming your order has left our warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
    2. I have not received my order, where is it? PMA Posse is ran by a small team and our shipping days are Monday - Friday. All orders ship in 1-2 business days. Once your receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.
    3. I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond? We will try to answer your email as soon as we can, but please allow us up to 1-2 business days to respond to inquiries :)
    4. Is PMA Posse clothing true to size? We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size for hoodies and tees, or feel free to reach out to us and we'd be happy to help (DM us on IG @joinpmaposse, or email info@pmaposse.com).
